Cancellation policy
Yesterday I inadvertantly booked airfare onine because the web site was totally unclear - I do not want the ticekts I booked - I called right away to cancel and they tell me I have to pay a $700 cancellation fee on $2,500 worth of airlne tickets. The travel dates are more than a month from now and the tickets haven't even been booked by this online agent . Isn't there a universal three day cancellation policy? thanks.

It is not universal ... go back to the site and read it completely ... see whhat it says ... if it exists, it probably requires a written recission in 3 days..not a phone call.
