Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Contract

I puurchased a new car today with an extended warranty. The next day I realized I do not want this extended warrantee which I agreed to buy from the dealer. Can I cancel this agreement and obtain a refund from the dealer. How long do I have to cancel this contract.

Re: Contract

While a few states have "buyer regret" laws which allow you to rescind such a contract within a limited number fo days, usually 3, in most jursidictions, absent duress, if you voluntarily signed the contract you will be in breach if you repudiate it after it's date of execution.
