Service was made to my office; no name given; and sevice was made to the secretary of state. ------How can I prove improper service and vacate. I have a lot of merit for my defense.
Please Help!

You can apply to the court for relief; but you must establish that there was some impropriety in service and that you have meritorious defenses to the claim.
