Eletronic communications
Does a supervisor or boss have the legal right to read personal faxes, e-mails, or monitor phone calls?
Re: Eletronic communications
It depends on the context. If there is an employer policy against personal email, perhaps
to find out if it is or isn't business related.
Re: Eletronic communications
If it's on a company server, yes. Even snail mail that's addressed to the company.
Should you like to discuss this or any other legal matter, you can e-mail me for more information about low cost face-to-face, on-line, or a telephone consultation with a lawyer in our office.
Re: Eletronic communications
Generally, who not. Why are you doing personal things on the compamy time and equipment is the answer of your employer.
Good Luck
