Fraud
I was just wondering if it is illegal to purchase machinery and remove the original serial numbers which indicate date of manufacture. Then you have someone make new plates with different serial numbers and claim a new year of manufacture. The machines are refurbished but not remanufactured. Please email me back. Thank You

If it is stolen merchandise or if it is used merchandise being passed off as new it is illegal.
