Legal Question in Business Law in New York
Me and two other guys started a business I hav ten shares and the coo and one have ten shares title manager and remaining partner have eighty and title CEO the manager we haven't seen in over a year me and the remaining partner isn't getting along so we have to part ways in the agreement we have is in the event of termination of employment for any reason the corporation have the option to all shares shareholder forfeit rights to the company so he is trying to Fire me and not revealing financial records
