Legal Question in Business Law in New York

international business

Not to long long ago I post a question in regard to my family in Roatan,Honduras gaining large amounts of land and I post the question about how to go about developing the land instead trying sell it. I recieved answers instructing me to form a U.S corporation and form a subsidary in honduras to organize the family to develop the properties. I took the advise and did form a corporation. My only probem now is how to gain finance and to develop these properties since the family lack money and man power to develop the lands. Is there any resources you can recommend. and also ideas on ways of developing over 200 acres

Re: international business

Maybe the Honduran government has funds available for land development? I'm not in Honduras, so I don't know the law or the bureaucracy there.
