Does a person still get there pension if they are fired?

Under certain circumstances, a pension may be forfeited upon termination. However, it is dependent upon the pension plan documents the company possesses which would clearly spell out your rights regarding your pension at termination. Without seeing those documents it is hard to answer your question, but that is where I would look.
