Publishing formation of a LLC

I filed the articles of organization for my LLC. Its in Manhattan. Who do I call to find out what newspapers I have to publish the notice in?

Talk to the Clerk of NY County. He/She decides. The office is located in the basement of 60 Centre Street in downtown.

I agree with the reply posted. You need to advertise in a newspaper of record. Many times the Clerk will insist that you publish Notices in the New York Law Journal, and may be reluctant to approve notcies not published in the New York Law Journal. You can only learn that by asking the Clerk.
