Legal Question in Business Law in New York

My question is does this model have any legal standing against me? This question is a general litigation case.

There is this model and we had a photoshoot in NYC. We shot the content. After the shoot, I was packing my stuff. She was still sticking around so I told her she can go home and don’t have to wait for me. She goes “I haven’t got paid yet,” I told her we never discussed the rates when prior to forming this shoot. She was freaking out and saying “maybe this shoot was so last minute I completely forgot to send you my rates” and followed up with “this is embarrassing I’m going to go now,” I said you do that. Like what am I going to say to that? A few days later she responds saying I had her rates in the past four years ago. Apparently, I inquired about shooting together four years ago. I explained to her that the shoot was never scheduled because I didn’t respond back to you. I did not agree with your rates then. When you reached out to me to shoot with me on Facebook Messenger in 2022, you did not send me your rates. You said you will send me the details and you did not send me the details. You can go through a Facebook messenger, Instagram DM, and email. You did not mention any rates prior to scheduling a shoot in 2022 in February in NYC. Now she’s trying to make me pay her 2018 rates with threats through emails. I do have screenshots of her threatening me and all the conversations saved.

It seems as if each of you had a misunderstanding of the financial arrangement. The best course of action would be to come to a compromise.

Good luck
