Legal Question in Business Law in New York
i sighned k-1 for my dad not realizing it said 100% share holder now they are saying i own buisness is this true ? stock certificates still in his name no transfer documents

If this was done in error, just reissue a corrected one, with correct information. The correction still has to be be filed with the government.
