Small Business Credit cards!

Hi,

i want to know, i'm getting in the

mail a lot of good offers for a small

business, like credit cards etc., may i

apply for it before i've legally filed my

business? meaning, that i haven't

set up a coorporation now for my

business and its not a business so

far.

also, may be a few tips how to

choose a good credit card for a small

business.

really appreciated in advance,

Often the card holder agreement will make the memebers or officers personally liable for the debt. Be on notice.

Mr. Groezinger is correct and you will be personally liable for all business debts incurred before you properly set up a company anyway. I like the AmEx small business card but you will have to shop around with an eye to interest rate, other fees, when terms change, etc.
