Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Starting a business

I am looking to start a business in the construction field; specifically in the area of hazardous containment and lining. What kind of lawyer should I go to for help with legal issues with this industry, as well as general issues such as forming an LLC?

Re: Starting a business

Forming an LLC is quite simple and takes only a couple of days. My fees for that average $400.00, plus filing fees to the State of New York averaging $225.00. The type of lawyer you'd need with reference to your operations is one who deals in environmental law. I'd be happy to refer you to one of two who are expert in the field.
