Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Tax problem & opening a branch office.

Dear Sir,

I was born in US in 1985, later I came to Taiwan with my mother when I was 7 and have lived there since then. Now my company in Taiwan would like to open a branch office in U.S, and I will be the representative of it.

My questions are:

1. I've work in Taiwan for 2 years, What kind of tax do I have to pay to the US Gov before I enter US.

2. Our company is a manufacture of the spare parts for the road construction machine and willing to open a branch office in East America. What's the procedure?

3. How long could I get the L-1 visa for my colleagues in Taiwan after I start the business.

4. Above all are the question now I am aware of now, please remind me if there's anything else I should take care of.
