If you stay in FL then you would want to merge your NY company into a new FL company. We can advise you on setting up in FL and closing down in NY.

There are a couple different options you would have. If you will be doing no more business in the future in New York then you may want to dissolve the NY corporation and reform in Florida. If you are going to be doing business in both states then you may want to keep the NY corporation and just register your NY corporation to do business in Florida. Please feel free to contact my office if we can be of assistance in this matter.
