Legal Question in Business Law in New York

Web site related

I am a business services consultant in which my business is hired to support other vendors and their clients. Although their clients are not my own directly, they are in market sectors that I would like to advertise on my website.

I would like to place on my website a subsection of my client page to state something like the following ''In cooperation with other vendors MYCOMPANY has provided quiality professional services to the following markets/companies'' and list the company names and/or logos.

Do I need to get permission from anyone to do this? i.e the vendor that pays my company to provide a service or their client?

You might want to get the companies' permission for this.

If you are using logos, which are most likely trademarked, you certainly need consent. If you are using names, it would be prudent to get consent (who wants to annoy their client, if for some reason, they don't want their name listed?), but it is not legally necessary.
