It depends on the specifics of what exactly you want to do with the site and how you intend to accomplish it. At the very least you will likely need a Terms of Service, Private Policy and Acceptable Use Guidelines (though to some extent some of these can be consolidated in to 1 or 2 documents). In addition, you may consider setting up a holding company or similiar structure to protect your existing assets.

As far as corporate structure, If You would probable need some legal work to set up a new company, or if you're just looking to run the website under the same company name, you would likely need some legal help in formulating your Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Guidelines. Your question as stated is too broad to answer in this forum. You need to sit down and consult with an attorney of your choice, because there are many, many issues that you need to consider, ranging from tax considerations to business formation issues to intellectual property registration and protection -- and that's only three of the myriad things that must be considered.
