Legal Question in Business Law in New York

wine making school

I plan to open a wine making school. I will not be selling wine or serving any alcohol, however my service will be in assisting people in making their own wine at my facility. Are there any legal issues with opening such a service that i need to be aware of ?

I expect that you'll need to get government licenses. Consult with an attorney so you don't get hit with any penalties.
