car accident

My wife and kids were passengers in a car acciident. They were hospitilized. xray showed no injuries. but now my son is having a problem with his shoulder. We did not get the insurance information from the drivers but there was a police report filed. we brought my son to the doctor but they are saying that we would be charged without if we do not get the driver's insurance to pay for this. what can we do?

The police report should have the other driver's insurance information (the insurance code) and his contact information. Time may be of the essence. My immediate advice is for you to get treatment for your son from whatever source you have available. Contact any attorney because your son may have a claim for personal injuries related to the automotive accident.

You need to obtain a police report. On the police report there will be sufficient information about your insurance and the other car's insurance so that medical office can open up a no-fault claim, so that you do not have to pay your medical bills.
