Civil Rights?
My son(5) was questioned at his school by a police officer and a parent teacher advocate. A girls parents reported to police that her and 3 other kids in the class played a game ''pull down your pants'' in class. They also questoned my daughter(7). We as parents were not notified until after the ''interview'' was done. The officer said he was allowed if he thought there might be molestation at home. The school said they left a message on the answering machine at home. Were my childrens civil rights violated?
Re: Civil Rights?
Rather than worrying about your child's rights it is perhaps best for you to determine if this has been reported to the social services department for further investigation and home monitoring.
