Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

Is it dangerous for me or my family , shall i pay the bill one day

i m shipped to my apartment some items from people i dont know .Do i have to accept those items ? , is it dangerous for me or for my family? , those items are shipped from shopping web by someone i dont know , i hope that it is not illegal and that one day i won't have to pay the bill

As a general rule you do not have to pay for goods you did not order. If you are sent unsolicited goods and worry for your safety, simply call the postal inspectors and ask them to investigate.
