Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

My ex-girlfriend is 4 months late and is refusing to go to a doctor. She is an alcoholic and smokes. She hates me now and does not care if I live or die. There is a 90% chance that the baby is mine. What are my options?

This is very tricky and beyond the purvey of many in this field. Contact free legal services in your area FAST. She has civil rights in her own personalty (the Constitution as confirmed by Roe v. Wade said so) BUT fetus' have rights also. It is also, from what I understand, to do paternity tests during gestation.
