Not all of what we call "harassment in the workplace" is unlawful. Harassment is behavior that is generally considered unlawful acts related to unlawful discrimination based on sex (or gender), age, race, disability, nationality, or genetic information. Finally, don't confuse workplace bullying with the mentioned unlawful behavior. Workplace bullying is generally not unlawful.
