Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

forging signatures

my recent employee in which i currently have a counterclaim against has presented me with an agreement i signed while employed by him. i didnt sign anything and my name is clearly forged . Can i sue him for forging my signature on legal documents and impersonating me?
