am I legally married
Ok, I got married in January. My husband wanted to go by the last name he went by in school which isnt legally his last name. Where we got the marriage licence push it through and we were married under that last name. I wondering now if we are legally married if the name we were married under isnt legally his name. He never went through the legal process of having his name changed, so are we legally married?

First, Where did you get married? Second, why did he use a different name?
These factors be used to determine if you are married, and if so, if you can get an annulment under the law.
