I lent my frined 900.00 dollars and he didnt pay me back stupid me let him put it on my credit card and isigned a letter of consent so that the company can use it... Cani sue him ??

Send him a demand letter (certified mail) giving him 30 days to pay. If no payment, take him to small claims court.
