making fun of my weight
My boss sometimes refer to my weight in a cover situation or constantly have me lift heavy things because of my size. I am a weightlifter. she would deliberately ask me questions about my career and then smile and make fun of me indirectly. Is this slander? or defamation of character/ or something more
