Re: Money assualt

It depends who had possession of the item when it was stolen. If the item was already exhancged you are not responsible, if you had the money and were still in possession of the item when it was stolen you better beleive he can get his money back.

Should you like to discuss this or any other legal matter, you can call my office to schedule an appointment for a consultation or in the alternative, I can be reached for on-phone low-cost legal consultation at 1-800-275-5336 x0233699.

I need more information. What does "for an item legally (on paper)" mean? ANd when you say money was given to you, does that mean this person bought something of value from you? If he did, and he took possession of the item and it was stolen while in his possession, why is he coming to you for his money back. Does he think you had anytinh to do with the item no longer being in his possession.

He can sue you if the item was in your possession at the time of the theft and not in his or if you had something to do with the theft.
