Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

Online company sending an email calling me a low class person

I was wondering of as silly as it is if I received an email from an employee/owner of an online service Calling me a low class person if i have any recourse against this person. Online law i know is different and emails are very hard to prove where or who generated them. but this email came right thru their site from his (employee/owner) email account right into the email box that is provided to me thru on their site. Thank you for any halp you can giver me on this matter
