Online Harassment. Is it against the law for someone to publicly threaten to and post your name/address/phone number?

What do you mean by "publicly threaten"? What is the concern with this posting? This doesn't sound like criminal conduct to me from your description, but I would really need to understand the dynamic between these two people and the significance of the posting of the name and address to be more certain.
