i am a physician with a censure and reprimand order from opmc related to a non-clinical complaint issued by medical school due to failure to comply with obligation. I did serve and work but they are redefining the definition and I need your help. Is there any way I can expunge this record or fight it by removing it.

You have a right to challenge the placement of such a sanction on your professional record in an administrative proceeding and if you are not successful, you should be able to file an appeal with the supreme court (initial trial court).
