pool damage
If a nieghbors pet has been found in my pool,and done damage to the pool, who is liable to pay for repairs?

The pet owner... pet owners are fully liable for any damages thier pets may cause... they may also be liable for other damages dependant on how negligent they were in letting the animal lose.
