Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

I received a restraining order from a judgement on my bank account, the selling of my property, and not being able to transfer my property if I desired to. They also requested a," Written Summons ", of all my income. If I don't comply they said I would be held in Comtempt of Court. What should I do?
