Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

School violating the law?

A student at a new school was constantly harrassed by some teachers and staff. A fight happened in the hallway with his friend and some other kid, he was not involved didnt wasnt even on the floor at the time. As he was going to his class which was on the floor of the fight the kid who fought his friend swung and hit him in front of the security guards so he defended himself since the school still let this wild kid hit him. The school then expelled him and claimed as he defended himself that he hit a security guard(which was impossible because if they was that close whyd they let him get hit in the 1st place). The school board made an appointment with the father to discuss maybe over turning it. The school called the father and said the meeting will now be at the school. This was a trick. As the father arrived the school had cops waiting and had filed a report of trespassing on the father which of course the case was later dismissed. They did this to prevent the father from attending the meeting to guarantee that the kid was expelled. Is there anyway to sue the school, principal or even the school board for appointing him? The principal now is removed and under investigation for other activies.

Please correct your grammar. Who are you, what exactly are you asking?

It sounds as if you need to pursue an administrative remedy.
