Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in New York

what is it?

what is section 75 I work for a school dist and that is the only way I can get fried. I have no idea what section 75 is any help would be helpful

I assume its a reference to Section 75 of the NYS Civil Service law, which generally entitles a public employee to notice and a hearing before being discharged or disciplined. Usually all this stuff is handled through your union, however.
