statue on conspriacy

What is the statue of limitation on conspriacy and or fraud?

Also:

I am involved in a family court case to wit I sumitted a petition, as the petitioner. Stating all facts to be the truth, I was sued for my petition.

I understand that the right to protect myself is absolute. How can they sue me legally?

The Statute of Limitaions on a misdemeanor is 2 years and for a felony 5 years. The allegations made in a judicial document are immune from suit and the action against you for same should be dismissed.
