d/b/a for domain name?

Do I need a d/b/a for a website name that is different from my corporate name?

Generally speaking, a d/b/a is not required for a website in NY (yet). In the event you are doing business through the domain name, you should clearly identify the coporation or business entity as the company behind the site to avoid any legal complications.
