Internet Stalking,slander,invaison of privacy
Hi, I have a big problem with a online stalker who has created a yahoo profile wich contains my ss#,address,old telephone number, and real first and last name. I have had death threats and have been in contact with local state police. I have emailed yahoo abuse in total of 4 times to remove this profile . It has seem that they are not responding to my request. I need help and information on what I can do to stop all the mental stress and anguish. I fear for my life,my credit,my identy. what whould be the laws on this situation and legal pentiltis apply to this situation.

You need to send Yahoo a cease and desist letter. It will mean more if it comes from a lawyer. Further you need to check your credit reports carefully and you may need to bring on a law suit both against Yahoo and the stalker.
A good web investigator may be able to find out who it is who is doing this and then proper steps may be instituted.
