legalities of entering a password restricted link

Hi,

I have 2 questions related to the internet:

1- Is it a crime to to enter a password restricted link.

And if so what penal code does it fall into?

PS. does it fall into penal code 156.10. Computer trespass ?

2- Is it a crime to

A- create an email address using someones name that you know &

B-then send them harassing emails, anonymously?

It would apprear that your questions would be more appropriately answered by a criminal lawyer, particularly someone who specializes in computer/internet related crimes.
