Legal Question in Technology Law in New York

Can I post a video on youtube that I filmed, even if the people in the video do not consent to me uploading to the site, but the did consent to them being filmed? or do they have the abiity to take legal action against me?

Depends on what the consent says. Also depends on what is depicted. You can always take pictures of people in public and use them as art, but commercial use is different. The question cannot be answered in the abstract.
