Legal Question in Technology Law in New York

posting picture on the internet

My daughter is 11 months old. I have battled the family court system for her safety, her father is addicted to heroin and became abusive to me during my pregnancy. At this point his visition with her is completly suspended due to his incarceration for drugs. Now that he is out of jail, he routinely posts pictures of my daughter which he gets from his parents when they have their visitation with my daughter on the internet. I dont want my babies picture posted on the internet at all i think it is wrong. He is not allowed to visit with her and i have physical residence of her and have since her birth. Is there anything i can do to get these pictures off of the internet?

If you are the custodial parent, and guardian, of the child you may be able to sue on her behalf to protect her publicity/privacy rights.
