Legal Question in Technology Law in New York

Hello I'm thinking about opening a website where I sell virtual credit cards to verify people's accounts on sites like ebay, amazon, paypal, facebook, etc... Is this legal I get the cards from a supplier in india and he uses his own bank account to generate them. Is there own rule against selling virtual credit cards for verification purposes on sites. I live in the USA thanks.

It's difficult to answer whether you will be in compliance with the many laws that pertain to credit cards without conducting thorough research. One point worth noting is that eBay, amazon, PayPal, Facebook and the likes may not approve credit card numbers that originate in India for a U.S. based account.
