Power of Attorney

How do you file a power of attorney? Can more than one person hold POA over the same individual? This is in reference to an elderly relative with failing eye sight that can no longer handle bills, pension plans, banking... etc.

You'll need a durable power of attorney, if it is not already too late to get one without a court order. Each PoA can cover different responsibilities and be granted to different people.
