Legal Question in Construction Law in New York

sue my estranged husband

My estranged husband (I have filed

for divorce) has stolen my client and

is collecting a weekly check from

them (I own a corp. that holds GC

licenses). The house is being built

without a GC (8.2 mil house) and it is

my company that is out the 14% of

building costs. I am planning to sue

the client for breech of AIA contract,

can I sue my husband as well even

though we are still married?

Re: sue my estranged husband

You are not suing anyone. Your corporation is suing. In that case yes your corporation may sue your soon to be ex.
