Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York
There a company in new yourk , ezsalvage Inc,. that serves as a broker for insurance auction cars. I bid and won a car in April, 2010, was sent an invoice and I wired $10500 for payment. Up till today i have not recieved my car nor refund. They keep telling me stories about how their manager is out of the country and how they trying to et a loan to refund me money. I am tired of these games. WHat legal recourse can I take? DO i report the first to law enforcement? Apparently, this company has done this to a number of people.
