Is ''giveaway'' on website actually a lottery?
A ''deal of the day'' website is offering the chance to win a vacation only to those who purchase a specific product from them. There is no opportunity for entry into the contest other than making a purchase. Is this legal?

Maybe and maybe not, you can start by asking them to demonstrate that this is legal and then you or your attorney can challenge them if appropriate.
