Legal Question in Consumer Law in New York

I purchased a vehicle in NY immediately before a cross-country move. It was a used luxury vehicle, priced around $30K. I made it clear the only way I would consider it is if a long term high mileage bumper to bumper warranty was available. I was told it was, pricing was all agreed and settled. I have the bill of sale and the finance contract with different breakdowns but the same total. Was told I will get the warranty paperwork in the mail. Several months later as I already relocated, my calls were not being returned, never rec'd paperwork. Finally I spoke with another employee who emails me signed paperwork that I've never seen before. Things were crossed out and handwritten corrections were noted, most importantly a low mileage term and powertrain only. I don't know what to even say about the signature on there, this was not signed at the time of purchase, this was the first time I saw this. Now that I am out of state and can't afford to travel back in hope to somehow possibly resolve this in person, they haven't responded to BBB complaints, what options do I have at this point to attempt to take care of this from my new location?
