Recently i needed to utilize a file storage program online when purchasing a new computer. I uploaded all of my valuable file, information, and pictures/video that is irreplaceable. Since, i have been trying to retrieve my files from the site, yet i am unable to do so, i have contacted the company 4 times for assistance yet i have not been contacted or even acknowledge. SHould i sue them? do i even have a case? Its been over a month now.
