Wedding Photos
Wedding photographs have been paid in full yet not yet received. Wedding was on October 1, 2005. Photographer has moved to GA and has not made any arrangements to honor his contract. The wedding was in NYS. Wondering what is the first step we need to take.

First you need a serious lawyer's letter. If that does not work, you should commence an action for delivery of the photographs - not just the return of the money.
