A answer to summons and complaint
I was served today with a summons and complaint from a debt collector. I went to my court to do a answer and they told me to write my own. How do I know what to write? Also, if a judgement is placed against me and I do not work can they garnish my Wife's wages? How do they try to recoup money after a judgement? i owe about 3k?
